4. The location of the hotel is in a busy no parking area, therefore on is forced to pay for valet parking without security.

9. It's a short walk to the MUNI and parking is secure, although it's not free anymore.

10. While it has the security of a central entry plan from the street, the rooms and windows actually open directly onto internal courtyards, so it is not quite as private as I would prefer, but again, that is the compromise for having free parking in such a central location.
