First the positives, Free parking (plenty of spaces and even when the lot is full the valet will find you a spot for no charge), free local calls, very helpful staff, free shuttle service to Union Sq, short walk to union square if you don`t won`t to wait for the bus (15 mins, although not recommended at night or if alone).
