8. pro:good connection to 101 freeway towards airport and southboundexcellent valet parking servicenice lobby (our kids loved the colourful ambiance)helpful staff (either for directions or local restaurant recommendations)we had a large room with two queen size beds plus a separate room with a couch bed - perfect for our three kids family.

9. As per other reviewers experiences, the front desk staff were poorly trained and not too helpful though this could reflect that the hotel seemed to be a one or two night tourist stop over at the start or end of their holidays with the front desk always busy checking people in or out.
