7. My only regret about this hotel is we only booked one night and moved to another hotel nearby that was nice but did not nearly impressive as the best Western Americania.

9. Hasn't anyone thought that a simple 'welcome to best Western' might be nice? The words 'cheerful' and 'smile' do not seem to be in the vocabulary of the staff.

10. My wife said the Americana put the 'Plus' in 'best Western Plus'It did however feel more like a 'Back-packers' or 'Youth Hostel' than a Hotel, probably due to the rowdy young female British tourists staying there at the time.
