3. I believe it was, partially, a bad lucky of mine, but I think the staff could be a little more responsible and concerned about an incident like this.

5. In the end, after much exhausted arguing with the non-responsive hotel staff, we were given a cab ride to another hotel to try to sleep in peace.

6. His response was that only room 328 was reported with a problem (how could I report the rest of the hotel, since I was only in one room???)and it was not his job to inspect the rest of the hotel unless others reported a problem in a specific area.

9. When we checked in, we were told we have to park the car to another hotel at $20/day extra charge and they are not responsible for parking(so now I will be hesitate to book hotel as some hidden charges may apply).
