4. All in all we had a great time and it all depends what you put into your vacation package, the staff was exceptional especially Angela Front Desk Customer Service also Brad.

5. except we were in San Francisco on a business trip and now the hotel was, IN SPITE OF THESE DISGUSTING indications that there is a PROBLEM at this hotel, as insistent as ever that we just need to move to another room and everything would be fine.
