Compared to the other deals I was able to get on the other 3 nights of our trip, this was the most expensive, but compared to other places in San Francisco, it was still a pretty decent rate for a large room (VERY large by bay standards)We arrived early, but our room was ready and we were allowed an early check-in, so we could take our bags to our clean 2nd floor room and walk down to Pier 33.

2. This is definately not 4 or 5 star - but lets be honest if you are there to see SF and just need somewhere to have a decent night's sleep I would totally recommend 'The Wharf Inn'.
