Very limited hotel facilities, but not a big issue due to its location, with eating places all around (prefered Johnny Rocket for breakfast - access via hotel) Lifts (elevators) fell like they are from the same era as the cable cars, especially thise from car parking area (beware the car park charges, would have been much cheaper to have parked in the multi story car park next door).

8. Around the corner is another hotel, Bayside Inn at the Wharf that is about $100 cheaper per night, but it was sold out the nights we were there.

9. If you want to save some money and don't mind public transportation or driving your own car, stay near the airport, hotel rates are much cheaper, and most of the hotels are along the bay.
