1. The bed was ok (although there was a long strand of hair on the top sheet), the room was small but adequate, and we received plenty of towels for 2 women.

6. Desk staff made us feel welcome and, although the hotel is a bit old and could do with a make-over, it was quite adequate for our needs and we'd stay there again should we return to San Francisco.
