1. They have been extremely helpful during both our visits, polite, pleasant and they genuinely seem to care that you are enjoying yourself and that you have everything you need.

9. Very nice and clean hotel, nice staff helpful most of them their is always one, the pool is quiet small but the weather was not great so who cares.
