1. They advertised expansive bay views, and yes you get that but there is one slight exception, Alcatraz is mostly hidden behind an ugly set of two high rise building that should never have been granted planning approval.

5. Then one of the desk clerks was extremely rude, (I think her name was Sarah, a black lady, which has nothing to do with it except I want you to know which one NOT to deal with).

6. After a 12 hour flight we were greeted by a chap called Brian, his level of customer service was exceptional.

9. Parking in San Francisco is difficult and pricey, and parking at the Comfort Inn by the Bay is no exception.

10. My wife and I were very impressed with everything in the hotel, except the piped in music that was heard in the lobby and the dining area everyday,all day.
