1. Very slow check in, medium rooms and you better be sure you understand the rates you will be charged when you check in.

2. once in you had better have a small car as having a van is near impossible to get up and down the ramps under the hotel and parking is so difficult and parking on the street is next to impossible.

4. There is a bar and a resturaunts across the road and a laundrette next door, but to get better choice you'll need to go into town centre or Fishermans Wharf.

8. I booked these hotels online so I figured the location must be the reason for the high rate but Westin has a better neighborhood than this and a few minutes walk to embarcaderoHere are other gripes:1.
