1. Oh, btw there's no parking for the hotel, a safe parking lot near by cost like $30 a night.

6. + nice and friendly staff + free maps and tour guides + AVIS rent a car is within 3 min walking distance+ Union sqaure and cable car also within 5 min walking + good for somebody on budget - more like a hostel- shared bathroom - sink in the room was rusty and dirty - beds very soft - TV did not work.

7. In order not to get ripped off, the staff at the front desk watched us and everyone else like a hawk so that additional guests does not sneak into a limited-sized room.
