3. + nice and friendly staff + free maps and tour guides + AVIS rent a car is within 3 min walking distance+ Union sqaure and cable car also within 5 min walking + good for somebody on budget - more like a hostel- shared bathroom - sink in the room was rusty and dirty - beds very soft - TV did not work.

5. The room was very clean, huge bed but when i asked how to get on the internet they direct you to a site where you have to enter credit card information and pay at least $6 a day for the internet, which even the $40 a night hostel had for free, what a rip off.
