2. The location couldn't be better for all of the attractions around Union Square and the overall quality, helpfulness of the staff, size of the rooms (by San Francisco standards) were great.

5. Had booked a comfort room, which includes free internet, fitnessaccess and free breakfast + better rooms with a fantastiv view of the skyline and the bay, which was well worth the extra money.
