1. When I found the safe in my room wasn't working, John from engineering came up and was the nicest, most responsive engineer I've ever met at a hotel.

4. The phone was answered by someone who did not understand the language well and she just kept saying 'Yes', so I repeated my question and just got a 'yes' response.

5. Rather than apologise in a situation when both me and my business partner were clearly distressed, he argued that sending out security at 1am is a proportionate response (because the hotel experiences travellers who don't settle bills).
