I arrived mid morning, and expected to leave my bags with the Bell Captain - he told me to wait while he checked with the front desk, to see if I would be able to get my room - he said they were not full the night before, so I might be able to be accommodated - He had the best smile when he hung up the phone - and the great service continued throughout my stay.
