2. I happened to leave some clothes hanging in the closet when we left and didn't notice till the next day on our trip, I was happy to find out that housekeeping had secured the items, labeled them and was very helpful in sending them home to me with helpful and friendly assistance.

8. As a home base and you want really (absolutely) nice sheets but happy with something fairly basic but truly well run and rather hip, this is a great place.

9. The only down side was the cost of parking - $48 + taxes, but they were at least happy to recommend other cheaper locations.

10. The staff (other than reception staff who don;t know the hotel room configuration were great) I was annoyed that I had to pay to WiFi but if you are happy to googled downstairs there are 2 desktop computers for guest use.
