1. Upon arrival i was met by a welcoming reception staff and was given a room on the 15th floor, which had an amazing balcony, over-looking the bay.

2. Location is downtown, close to Financial District and as a bonus, about 200 yds from Punchline Comedy (after a long wk day the convenient laughter spot is welcomed).

6. Pros:- Rooms are modern, clean and nice- Bed, comforter and pillows were comfortable and I enjoyed my sleepCons:- Quite a dry welcome, not asking for any preferences in hotel room type- No coffee maker in room.
