3. Upon check out I explained that we really should not have to pay for the movie due to the TV issues and she changed the subject and did not address my question or concerns I think there are better properties in San Francisco and personally will not be recommending nor returning to this one.

8. I was here on business recently for a few nights - very pricey so not sure it'd be a location for me when I visit in May next year - which is a shame, it's not much better than a Radisson, however it does under sell itself in San Francisco - the images to me don't do it justice.

9. The bathroom is average at best, I've frankly seen better at a Holiday Inn, the lotion/shampoo/conditioner is skimpy and not of quality.
