6. I do not expect the world out of a internet consolidated reservation, but I do expect staff to practice the art of speaking professionally and appropriately to guests.

8. The staff is well trained and professional, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is reasonably quiet for downtown San Francisco ( ask to be put as far away from the firetrucks as possible) and the room service is well managed and executed.
