5. Staff was very friendly, but concierge and desk staff did not seem to know their area as well as we would have hoped (like what time local stores are open, and what tourist type things are really worth it).

9. The air conditioning vents were very dusty and I just did not feel it was clean enough, even the bath towels were getting tired and not fluffy at all, more like starched cardboard.
