1. My hubby and I just spent two nights at the Orchard hotel and almost all of our experience was fabulous.

Great rooms (only complaint is pillows were too soft, but that is a personal preference), fabulous location- walking distance of union square, with cable car stop just outside the hotel (just literally around the corner) and its the cable car line going to fisherman's wharf and Lombard street (uphill) or union square (downhill).
