1. I do like the odd suggestion without being asked, especially with the limo to the airport at the end of our stay, which worked out cheaper than a cab.

Again, I don't know the price of the hotel, and I'm sure there are cheaper and more expensive hotels around the same area, but the location was perfect, and even a lack of quality service couldn't ruin our weekend in San Francisco, because being there with my husband made the trip absolutely perfect anyway.
