1. The Concierge's are also excellent and all are good, although Cornell is especially helpful.

7. The location is excellent for sightseeing, the cable car stop is just outside the door,although we wish you luck catching it there as they are always full, but you can alway walk in a downhill direction and find plenty to see and do.
