3. The rooms are quiet (with perhaps the exception of the -01 rooms on each floor, which overlook Post) because they face onto a gap between buildings.

4. Yes, the Inn does not have A/C but first of all, SF tends to stay on the cooler/cold side almost all year long, with the exception of maybe 2 odd weeks and a few odd days in the September or October months.
