3. The bathroom fixtures and shower curtain were new, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and the carpet was acceptable.

4. Even if the hotel owner cannot afford new furniture, it's the small touches that count: cleaning the dust from the furnace, laundering the curtains in the room, dealing with the electrical, washing the windows, and adding more page to the hotel room guide explaining how to use the furnace.

7. In one of the initial rooms, someone had clearly urinated in the vents of the heating/AC unit so that turning it on caused the entire room to reek as a new York City subway station.

10. my 8 year old son has very bad asthma,the doctor at uic of chicago was testing some new medicne for his asthma sothey wanted us to stay close by, so i rent a room at ramadahotel on lake shore drive , the 1st room he was coughing badso i asked if could give me another room, all the room she showed my was , worst then the 1st including the one with the towel with boo boo, so we decided keep the frist one, i had to buy a puirferand prayed for the days to pass, in the end i meet two very nice lady who worked in the dinning area, whom made us feel very special ,but the rooms need help.
