The elevator creaks from floor to floor, the parking-while free-is barely adequate and you
better
have nothing larger than a compact car to navigate the 'garage'.

I would have liked it
better
if the rooms in the main hotel had heat/cool control.

The only thing that was mildly appealing was the salad bar, which had limited choices but much
better
than anything off of the menu.

Could this place be
better
, yes it could but if it was toatlly 100% percent perfect in every way, you'd be paying much more.

Having that been said, Ramada gets two stars for location, but for the same price, we could have stayed up north at the tremont hotel and been treated so much
better
.

The area is safe in fact I'm willing to bet that we are in the safest neighborhood in the world in fact probably
better
than where most of our guests live themselves as our President Elect only lives a few blocks away and Chicago Police Officers visit our hotel on a regular basis just to check in and say hi.
