2. Rather than trying to counter every negative review that comes up about this hotel, or trying to insinuate that each complaining guest has got to be the exception to the rule, the owners need to admit the pattern and fix the place up.

3. My fellow roomates on the other side of the hall were a bit noisy if you know what I mean but once we were in the room and turned on the TV, we did not hear them after that except the doors shutting kind of hard from time to time.

4. Although this hotel sets on the edge of Lake Michigan there is nothing nice except the view.

5. Nothing worked, the room was small, none of the lights worked except the bathroom light, the TV did not work one night, the b-fast buffet was out of eggs, French toast, bacon, juice and hash browns This hotel was not up to our expectations.
