1. He got me into my room quickly, even though it was a busy convention weekend, and the next day took care of a problem I had even though he didn't have to.

We enjoyed exceptional service from start to finish: doorman, bellman, front desk, maintenance (delivered refrigerator), pool attendant, housekeeper, concierge, room service, bartender, bar hostess/manager, and finally, the parking garage attendant and manager (key didn't work on final exit but it was taken care of quickly).
