1. The hotel lobby is very nice and there is a bar and TV's there.

2. I could hear some street noise on the 22nd floor but there is an A/C unit in the room that puts out a nice white noise sound that drowns out street noise.

4. You can tell its an older hotel, but I'm not sure why other travelers were bothered by this because the renovations are all done very nicely.
