2. We had a nice view of the lake with a slight obstruction from other buildings-but this was expected, and we loved seeing the water in the mornings.

5. It is a few blocks walk to Navy Pier so a taxi may be handy, lovely place to spend a few nights or days, as it has lots of places to eat, great mini golf.

6. Hotel breakfasts are quite pricy, but the Einstein's Bagel Shop inside the hotel is reasonable (and the kids loved it.
