2. I just posted it because people read reviews should know what they expect on this hotel,i travel every week to a different cities and it is the first time nobody at the hotel care about my complaint or apologize.

3. I didn't really care that much after seeing our room- it is a decent size but I'm not sure there would have been space for a crib anyway.

4. Workout area off the lobby (which is a demerit in my book, don't care to tromp past all other guests after and before working out) I did notice the front desk staff in the morning was much more interested in conversing between themselves vs.

5. They're just standing on sensors so you have to be very careful you don't accidently knock them over or your room will be automatically charged after 10-15 seconds.

8. All in all, I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone else -- just be careful that the right information is being entered or given to you.

10. Staff was helpful and friendly- a bellhop saw me looking for a place to discard my empty coffee cup as I was walking through the lobby and told me he'd take care of it.
