1. Our problems were as follows:Internet access in rooms - yes, no problem - except it costs and we had to ask how much.

2. This is generally like other Doubletree hotels, except that the front entrance is a little obscure -- upon arrival we found ourselves walking around trying to find it -- it turns out that the main entrance for pedestrians looks a lot like the drive-through entrance to a parking garage.

3. When we asked the front desk for recommendations for breakfast, many things in the area were recommended except for 'West Egg' which is right in front of the hotel and turned out to be the best we had.

10. My only real complaint about this hotel was that there was no fridge except for the bar fridge which was full of (very expensive, $4 USD for a can of coke) drinks.
