1. We had a good room rate (approximately $160/night), and appreciated that they have cheaper parking than most other hotels.

4. And if you need to park a car, we did the self park for $20/day (roughly $15 cheaper than just choosing a garage), which was a short 5 minute walk away, though they do offer valet if you so desire.

8. Stayed 5 nights with a rate that I got on Orbitz (cheaper than calling the hotel, where you will reach a person in New York during regular hours); this hotel has corporate accounts, but I wasn't part of any company--just a tourist.
