1. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Elephant & Castle) was 'ok' -- probably best to go there for a pint and a snack, but eat larger meals elsewhere.

9. Convenient location ~ was able to walk to Grant Park and Lake; lots of shopping nearby; walked up Michigan Avenue and crossed the Chicago River; Willis Tower just 2 blocks away and, best of all, the train system was close by and excellent.

10. When I did some research on Tavelocity and other hotel sites, the Club Quarters gave the best rate (others like the Hyatt, the Palmer House, and Kimpton hotels were $200 and over.
