10. 00 for orange juice I never ordered, one slice of toast with the food, the orders were wrong, and stiffed when I paid the bill because the manager said there was no change? I actually went into the hotel to tell the front desk what happened and the girl who was looking gave me a beautiful smile and a blank stare.
