1. Check-in was fast and easy and my husband presented his Crowne rewards card so we got a coupon for a free drink at Elephant and Castle (right by lobby) and a 15 percent off coupon for breakfast buffet at the sky lounge (which we didn't use).

4. we came during 'Lolapolusa' so all of the rooms were booked up fast so instead of getting 2 double beds we had to get a king suite with a pull out couch.

5. There is a wonderful bakery on the corner around from the hotel that is both good and fast for breakfast in the morning as well as lunch.

9. My dad is not a fan of elevators so the fact that they were small and rooms don't start till the 16th floor didn't sit really well, but once in the elevator it went pretty fast.
