7. I don't think this can be explained away by saying the hotel is in a big city, as clearly the other rooms don't have the same problem.

8. did not start the greatest, we arrived at 1:30, promptly were told could not check in til 3pm, no rooms were available, then got told by valet staff we had to self park as our Tahoe was oversized vehicle and they had no room for big vehicles.

9. The room was big - 2 queens (which is hard to find in Chicago), leather fold out sofa, side chair, large desk, a few tables, stand with coffee brewer and 32' flat panel TV.
