1. So I was plenty annoyed when the best they could do was to tell me they were sorry and not much else.

10. Sam - the manager of the Gym (and a really nice fitness instructor) - put together a workout regimen for me and I've managed to stay on the program as I get plenty of encouragement from the Gym staff (particularly Sam).
