10. com and honestly could not fault it in anyway, The staff were pleasent and courteous( the concierge in particular was helpful in booking us a river cruise), with check in swift and hassle free, we had a spacious partial river view room with an extremely comfortable bed and an excellent power shower ,We were room only so cannot comment on the hotel food but Einstiens Bagels is only a block away and was very reasonable for breakfast.
