1. It had a fitted sheet and then a down comforter in a duvet which I am sure does not get washed after every guest, please.

3. Casulo could've been named Ikea Hotel or at least it appears to be decorated from Ikea, which is ok but please replace your blown out light fixtures because walking in w/only half working gives a very bad impression.
