1. The air conditioners in the room are to small for the space and have work extremely hard to cool the area and it never was able to achieve the chill I like when I stay at hotel.

3. I'm a tall person, so I am rarely greeted by a tub that will let my whole body fit in it - it was really cool to sit in a jacuzzi tub that would fit me up to my neck.

5. My wife and I stayed here for a few days while visiting friends in Austin - we were pretty pumped about it after seeing the cool pictures everyone posted of it and how good the reviews were.

7. The balcony rooms are a treat to be able to feel the cool Austin air and see the hill country views or the Austin skyline.

8. The bath/shower combo was a total hit with the kids--they loved being able to have so much space in the shower, and having the water come from both ceiling and wall-mounted fixtures was pretty cool to them.
