1. Casulo is the perfect option if you are not looking to spend a fortune and want something much better than a standard room and yet more affordable than the luxury hotels.

3. I ask a billion and one questions, changed my reservation when i found a better deal (via priceline), ended up upgrading our room, asked lots of questions about bed bugs, asked where to eat, addresses, etc.

4. We like boutique hotels, but were unsure of the Hotel San Jose recommended to us by friends, as it had mixed reviews here - the location would have been MUCH better and it did look like a nice place when we walked by.
