1. Although the staff here were kind, I have to say that anyone that frequently travels or expects a boutique hotel to be quirky and fun will be disappointed if they they stay here.

4. Chris at the front desk helped us nightly decide on where to eat, and Robert at the bar was so fun to talk with, we stayed at the bar all evening enjoying his company.

7. The hot/cold labels were opposite, but I can truly say that most hotels do not have baths as comfortable or showers as fun as at this hotel.
