1. The staff were great - welcoming and knowledgable not overboard, and Jose recommended a couple of fantastic bars that we would never have found ourselves - calling ahead to make sure we were looked after.

8. These fears were completely allayed though the moment my girlfriend and I arrived by taxi from JFK and were greeted by a warm and welcoming bellhop and an attentive and informative reception who checked us in.
