5. With the exception of 2 particular members of staff who were genuinely welcoming I found the rest (and there were a lot of others - different people nearly every day with a couple of exceptions) to be disinterested and some almost giving the impression of being a bother to them.

7. The hotel is modern, yet warm and inviting with every amenity one could ask for except maybe a pool.
