4. Both times, the staff have been very helpful -- I was particularly impressed when I needed to check in and had a conference call starting in literally three minutes, the staff understood and checked me in so quickly I was upstairs with a minute to spare.

7. With the exception of 2 particular members of staff who were genuinely welcoming I found the rest (and there were a lot of others - different people nearly every day with a couple of exceptions) to be disinterested and some almost giving the impression of being a bother to them.
