5. wait, I will ask the Manager on Duty' - his response - tough, what do you want me to do - move your brother out of the room and move you in?' To say I was shocked would be an understatement - I was appalled - not only had they screwed up the original room booking and relet the room that had been paid for, the attitude of the so-called manager was upsetting as he was rude, spoke loudly as if it was my fault, and flapped his hands at me in a really dismissive manner - horrible.

7. I found the staff very helpful and responsive to requests - moreover they were very efficient which for me on business was really important.

9. All I received in response was a nonchalant, 'Well I guess they double charged you because they did not recognize the travel company you made the reservation with' (I think his name was Sacco, but at this point I can't remember).
