1. We informed the management and, even though the hotel was full, they promised they would do their best to get us the accomodation we had expected.

6. Each room has its own coffee machine, but no tea or tea bags, and the only downer was trying to get a tea bag and kettle, I mean $2 for one tea bag ??? best feature is the location, it's so central and we walked almost everywhere.

10. With the group so large, I needed help getting them the best way to the various places we needed to be, that is where Sergio, the concierge, was very friendly and helpful to find the easiest and best way to move the group.
